Anna Kristina Edenbrandt has a PhD in Economics from the University of Copenhagen. Her research concerns consumer preferences and behavior regarding different aspects of food, with particular focus on climate impact from foods. Anna divides her time between AgriFood and the Department of Economics at SLU in Uppsala.
